Knockraich is a small dairy farm in Fintry, central Scotland, run by Robert Rodger. The finest milk from our herd of British Friesian cattle is used to make Katy Rodger's handmade Dairy Ice Cream, soft cheeses and yogurts. In our new custom built creamery on the farm, we aim to provide the local market with a high quality, natural and local product.

Our current ice cream flavours include:

Original, Wild Fruits, Damson and Plum, Gooseberry and Elderflower, Coconut,

Chocolate and Hazelnut, Cappuccino.
